We do things a little differently at EFM.

EFM Health Clubs bridges the gap between a Gym and Personal Training! with a focus on individualised training for our members.

When you come in for your workout at one of our EFM Health Clubs, there is a trainer on-site taking you through the different daily program. Thats right, each day you will have a different program AND a staff member training you instead of following the same routine on a card for the next 3 months.

Our trainers also customise the different programs each day to your own individual fitness levels and strength levels, and we also take into account what your own individual goals are, so that when you come in you know the workout is going to be the best FOR YOU!
