We do everything we can at EFM to try and make your regular fitness coaching sessions enough to get you the results your after. Each EFM program has lots of variation, a good mix of cardio and weights and a coach to keep an eye on you, tailor your workout and push you the right way to make sure your working at 100%.

Sometimes though, you might need that specialist one-on-one touch – a solid boxing session, an assisted stretching or weight training session, specific marathon/running session, weight loss and fat burning session before an upcoming event (nutrition plan and specific workout included), maybe your wanting to gain more muscle size and leanness and aren’t sure of the next step (nutrition plan and specific workout included), or maybe you just need someone to take your workouts to that 110% level. That’s where getting a Personal Trainer can really benefit you. You will workout like you never have before and really come away from it with a greater head start, which you will sill be able to apply in your normal sessions.
